Complex with understated oak characters supporting expressive red fruit and notes of violet. Medium-bodied and finely structured. Flavours of juicy red berries, cranberry and cherry supported by supple, fine-grained tannins. Savoury undertones of earth, dried thyme give depth. Fresh acidity provides energy and length. The finish is elegant, balanced and persistent.
